Shipping & Dispatch

Cloth Opera dispatches all orders within two working days of receiving cleared payment.

We ship throughout the UK using fully tracked Royal Mail services. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are insured in transit and must be delivered to the billing address linked to your payment method. A signature is required on delivery.

Packaging & Sustainability

Choosing vintage is inherently sustainable and Cloth Opera is committed to keeping its environmental impact low. Where possible, we use recyclable packaging. Please dispose of all packaging responsibly.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales at Cloth Opera are final.

As a vintage specialist, we take great care to list every detail of each garment, including condition notes, measurements and any signs of age. All items are thoroughly inspected by experts before being added to the website, and natural wear consistent with age is not considered a fault.

In exceptional circumstances, we may review a return request at our discretion.
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a detailed explanation so we can assess your request promptly.
